Travel arrangement

It is your responsibility to obtain all passports and relevant documents that you may require for certain travel destinations, such as visa and health certificates. While we do offer visa services on request, it is your responsibility to make sure that you are eligible to travel before committing a purchase, as no refund will be given based on rejection of entry. We reserve the right to cancel, decline and/or modify bookings and itineraries where circumstances require.

Service availability

All services advertised and sold through this website are subject to availability and can be withdrawn with no further notice.

Service fees & charges

A service fee of $80 will apply on top of the airline penalties for any ticket amendments (if applicable) as stated in the airline's fare condition. Please check at time of booking.

Providing correct details

Upon making a booking, passenger names and details have to be entered exactly as shown on passport, as denied boarding and entry may occur on some carriers and destinations. We will not be responsible and liable for any loss and inability to travel, arisen from incorrect entry of traveler’s personal details.

It is essential to familiarize yourself with the ticket condition outlined in the Fare Rules before committing a purchase, as to whether a cancellation or a rebooking is possible at any charges and whether there are any special travel conditions associated with the purchase of certain tickets. Once you have confirmed the purchase, you are indicating that the rules have been read and understood and are bound by those airline conditions

If you are a member of any Frequent Flyer Award Program, please be advised that you should retain your air tickets and boarding passes in order to redeem your points.
